Carrie + Joel | Park City Mountain Resort

The tone of a wedding can often be determined by the shoes...in this case bright lemon yellow flip-flops worn by the bride. Carrie, my gorgeous bride, was so calm as dark rain clouds loomed in the sky. The ceremony up on the mountain was about to get rained out, yet I never saw Carrie or Joel break their smiles. They are one of the most carefree & happy couples I have been so lucky to meet. The ceremony did take place inside the cozy Legacy Lodge, but to their luck, the clouds parted to bright blue skies as soon as they took their final kiss. A beaming couple & their wedding party quickly headed up Park City Mountain as soon as the chairlift was operating. We had some beautiful sunshine for photographs & then the wedding party headed down the mountain via the Alpine Slide (too fun). The reception took place at the base of the mountain in Legacy Lodge. Everything was decorated with cheery yellow flowers...so perfect for this happy, bright couple!  Thank you both for sharing your day with me!
